An eclectic set of royals, celebs, rock and rollers and members of the media and entertainment industry came together on Wednesday night (11/12/2019) to celebrate the 30th birthday of Ab Fab PR supremo Christabel Milbanke at her ‘Absolutely Fabulous Black Tie Penthouse Party’!
The special evening, hosted by Heather Bird Tchenguiz of Beauchamp Place aesthetic and wellness clinic HB Health Knightsbridge, was held at a stunning Thames-side penthouse apartment which features a 360 degree terrace offering stunning views of West London’s iconic Albert Bridge.
An eccentric and lavish affair, the night kicked off with champagne and ginger ale cocktails by champagne cognac house Rémy Martin and G+T’s by City of London Distillery gin. Guests including comedian and actress Helen Lederer (Absolutely Fabulous) actor Christian Vit (Game of Thrones), musicians Peter Perrett (The Only Ones), Cinderella Balthazar and Donnie Tourette (Towers of London), poet Murray Lachlan Young, fashion designers Nina Naustdal, Chanel Joan Elkhayam and Patrick Morrison as well as Princess Aurelia of Liechtenstein, Lord Gregory Mostyn, Ben Roper-Curzon and Poppy Roper-Curzon were also treated to inordinate amount of organic vegan Thomson and Scott prosecco and non-alcoholic sparkling wine, a selection of Torti Wines and La French Vodka shots on the terrace.
Musician Tony Moore (Iron Maiden, Cutting Crew) provided the entertainment for the evening performing a magical musical medley of number one singles from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s before Danish DJ Fiona Jane, who is usually seen playing sets at high-end parties for fashion houses Dior, Emilio Pucci and Vogue, got the movers and shakers dancing with wild abandon.
