Eshna Kutty

I’m Eshna, a flow artist/hoop dancer and an entrepreneur based out of Delhi. Having done my education in psychology, today I’m a certified Movement Therapy Practitioner and often facilitate hoop workshops that celebrate mental wellbeing. Yes, I simply combined everything I love and found a way to do it all simultaneously, and I’d say pretty fluidly. I launched my brand Hoop Flo in Dec, 2020, a home to a hoop culture India hasn’t seen before. We’re a growing community of over 500 hoopers and still counting.

I also have a fond love for music and my cats.

Oh, and did you come across a viral #sareeflow video of a girl hooping to Genda Phool wearing a Saree?

It was I. It brought thousands of women together and somehow made sarees cool again. I’ll count that as an achievement!
