    SOURCE FASHION CONFIRMS GLOBAL LINE-UP OF OVER 150 AUDITED MANUFACTURERS

    The only international fashion sourcing platform of its kind in the UK, Source Fashion taking place from 12th – 14th February at Olympia London, has announced a compelling line-up of dedicated country pavilions and over 150 audited, quality manufacturers from around the world including Peru, India, China, Pakistan, Italy, Spain, Greece, North Macedonia,  the UAE, Madagascar, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, the UK and many more who will join the inaugural show which runs parallel to Pure London.

    SOURCE FASHION CONFIRMS GLOBAL LINE UP OF OVER 150 AUDITED MANUFACTURERS

    Suzanne Ellingham, Director of Sourcing of Source Fashion says, “We’re passionate about uniting responsible and sustainable manufacturers from key sourcing regions around the world with high-profile retailers, brands, who are looking to simply source better. Each season we will bring the best manufacturers, innovative fabric producers and technology providers from around the world to London Olympia and the inaugural February show will offer a compelling line-up. We pride ourselves in knowing that buyers and sourcing professionals can walk through the door and be certain that each supplier at Source Fashion will be audited, accredited, and ready to work with.”

    Source Fashion Pavilions shine a spotlight on curated collections of high-quality producers and exporters from countries including Peru, Pakistan, India and China.

    Bringing a textile pavilion to the UK for the first time, the Peru Pavilion will showcase six manufacturers specialising in high-quality alpaca wool from the raw material right through to garment production, as well as cotton and other natural mixtures. Promoting the sustainability benefits of Alpaca are Classic Alpaca SAC, a guaranteed member of WFTO and a premier designer and manufacturer of fine Alpaca soft goods both for private brands and Classic Alpaca-branded clothing and accessories for men, women and children.

    With 20 years of experience in the production of Alpaca fabric and other natural mixtures, Colca Fabrics a company dedicated entirely to the manufacture of Alpaca fibre accessories, to satisfy the demand of the most exclusive markets in the world.

    Intratesa is a full package, family owned and operated cut & sew knitwear factory in business since 1971, manufacturing sleep, loungewear and lifestyle apparel. Intratesa create blends such as a super soft tri-blend of Pima/Modal/Alpaca, and Pima/Spandex with Copper which has an outstanding handfeel while also being anti-bacterial.

    Lives is a family business founded in 1990 specialising in producing knitted garments for clients that require outstanding quality, quick response and great flexibility. Working with some of the world’s leading brands including Theory, Frame, Helmut Lang, Eileen Fisher, garments use 100% Peruvian cotton as well as blends with regular or certified organic cotton (GOTS), Tencel, modal, viscose, alpaca, linen, polyester, and very fine counts that can go up to 80/1 in Pima Cotton.

    The main Indian Pavilion at this year’s Source Fashion, in collaboration with the Wool and Woollens Export Promotion Council, will showcase 20 established garment and textile exporters specialising in wool, woollen and acrylic fibres. The exhibitors will be showing full garments including men’s, women’s and kidswear as well as a selection of fabrics and raw materials. These exhibitors are regular export partners to the UK retail industry and already work with some big retailers in white label production.

    The China Pavilion will present a selection of high-quality Chinese manufacturers ranging from full garment manufacturing through to raw materials, fabrics, cashmere and components.

    Other leading producers and manufacturers attending Source Fashion from across Europe and the UK include:

    Mivania

    Exhibiting exclusively at Source Fashion this year, Mivania is an Italian knitwear manufacturer producing garments in 100% cashmere and cashmere blends. They carefully select only the finest Italian cashmere fibres for their yarns to guarantee the highest quality. Their product range covers menswear, womenswear and accessories and they currently produce for brands in Europe and the Far-East.

     

    SATCoL (Salvation Army Trading Company)

    Another Source Fashion exclusive, SATCoL is the largest charity-owned textiles collector in the UK, actively working with retailers to reduce their carbon footprints. They’ve recently introduced their game-changing ‘Fibersort’ technology, which identifies and sorts second-hand textiles by fibre type for recycling. It’s the first system in the UK to sort post-consumer garments which can no longer be re-worn.

     

    Kusilas

    Kusilas is a Spanish company with more than 30 years of experience in the textile industry. They work season after season to anticipate trends and offer design solutions to their customers. Together with their fashion and graphic designers, they liaise with manufacturing partners in Asia and Europe, monitoring all the stages of the production process. Woven, jersey, scarves, beachwear – there´s nothing they can’t do.

     

    Prime Casual

    Also, exhibiting exclusively at Source Fashion this year, Prime Casual is a family run business based in Leicester, the heart of the UK textile and manufacturing industry. They specialise in the design and manufacture of ladies clothing from fast fashion, wholesale to bespoke tailoring, having a team of dedicated and experienced in-house designers, cutters, machinists, and packers to control the manufacture process from start to finish.

     

    Athos Pallas

    Athos Pallas is a fashion and textile agency located in Thessaloniki, Greece. Their product range covers womenswear, menswear and kids clothing. With over 40 years in the industry and trusted by the likes of ASOS and Mint Velvet, their dedicated team offer high-quality and sustainable solutions at competitive pricing.
