MNKY HSE talented team of mixologists are gearing up to celebrate spring, as they unveil their exclusive new fruit and veg-inspired spring cocktail collection that will be served at MNKY HSE and MNKY LNGE on March 21st.

Blending together the freshest seasonal produce with an array of other premium ingredients, the new limited-edition range will be served in MNKY HSE’s inimitable style.

Island 5 is the perfect menu opener; delicately yet decidedly hitting the palate with its edgy amalgam of flavours and presented in a capacious Catalina glass.

Grape Ape meanwhile combines succulent muddled fruit with lime juice and crystal clear Stolichnaya Elit vodka. Undoubtedly the boldest offering in the range, however, is Oasis Colada, a luxurious take on an all-time summer classic that blends coconut rum, banana syrup and pineapple juice lemon with Jax Coco and a dash of double cream to create the perfect balance between freshness and sweetness.

So, what better way to welcome longer days, shorter nights and raised temperatures than by imbibing one of these sophisticated and refreshing new concoctions? The new spring cocktail collection will be available exclusively at MNKY HSE and MNKY LNGE from 21 st March, priced from £15.00 to £16.00.

Cocktail List

5 Islands
Ingredients:
– 50ml Banks 5 Rum
– 50ml Fresh Carrot juice
– 20ml Fresh ginger juice
– 25ml Lemon juice
– 25ml Tonka beans syrup
– Bunch of spinach
– Egg white

Method: Shaken all the ingredients together with a bunch of spinach them pour the drink with dirty ice Garnish: carrot and spinach

Ice: Cubed ice and crush on the top

Glass: Catalina

Grape Ape

Ingredients:

– 1 Kiwi (no skin)
– 10 Grapes
– 50ml Stolichnaya Elit
– 25ml Lime juice
– 25ml Kiwi syrup
– 70ml Cloudy apple juice

Method: Muddle the kiwi and the grapes and shaken with the rest of the ingredients.

Ice: Cubed and crush on the top
Garnish: Kiwi and grapes
Glass: Glass mug

Oasis Colada

Ingredients:
– 50ml Aluna coconut rum
– 15ml Banana syrup
– 60 Pineapple juice
– 60 Jax Coco
– Dash of double cream

Method: Shake all the ingredients together and pour into the glass
Ice: Cubed ice and crush ice on top
Garnish: Bamboo leaf and dry pineapple
Glass: Pineapple-shaped glass
