From football to fashion, Steven Gerrard launches SGG Apparel.
Inspired by his own signature style and taking inspiration from the refined lad culture look synonymous with Liverpool menswear, SGG Apparel will launch on Friday 30 November.
The collection has been heavily influenced by the unique style of Liverpool men, their attitude and influences, with some nods to the history of the city, with all product style names based on the street names and areas where Steven grew up.
With 24 pieces in the collection, combining relaxed luxury with a premium feel in fabric and design was the aim. Fusing quality craftsmanship with design subtleties and understated branding means pieces can also be effortlessly combined.
The SGG Apparel collection includes smart polo shirts and slim fit jumpers, as well as bomber jackets to complete his take on modern casuals styling.
A deep and warm colour palette makes for a modest yet sleek look, pieces can be found in black, grey and navy.
Steven Gerrard said: “Fashion is such an important thing in Liverpool and it’s important to me. I’ve really enjoyed the process of creating a clothing range, it was vital to me that it was made up of pieces I would wear and I’m really proud of the result. I’m already wearing some of the pieces while out and about.”
