As part of its continued social and environmentally conscious direction and ahead of exciting developments later this year, n brand Sugarhill Boutique announced plans to rebrand as Sugarhill Brighton. From 4th April 2018 the brand, renowned for its hand-drawn exclusive prints and charitable collaborations, will transition all brand and promotional material including a new revamped logo to its new name, Sugarhill Brighton.

Based in a beautiful Brighton studio since launching in 2006, Sugarhill Brighton reflects the brand’s creative identity and its heritage as a family run business. Celebrated globally as a socially conscious and creative hub, Brighton has always exerted a strong influence over Sugarhill’s design philosophy, with the inspiration behind many of their best-selling pieces coming directly from iconic locations such as the infamous Brighton Pier. The new moniker not only embodies a creative brand-led ethos but cements a clear story for buyers and consumers ahead of further exciting developments in 2018.

Pawel Przedpelski, Managing Director of Sugarhill Brighton comments: “The rebrand is an important step reflecting our focus on a wider initiative to move Sugarhill Brighton into a socially and environmentally conscious business. From SS18 all of the brand’s organic cotton styles will be manufactured in India and will be verified with a Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certificate, and we continue to work hard on our charitable collaborations including #WearAndCare. As we broaden and grow our brand’s appeal and reach a global audience we felt it was crucial to remember and celebrate our roots and creative heritage.”

In April, new charity collections with Born Free, Plan International UK and Whoopsadaisy, and a mini-me childrenswear collection will launch.

Sugarhill Brighton is stocked with the likes of John Lewis, and independent retailers across the UK.
