The British & International Franchise Exhibition will empower aspiring and established entrepreneurs alike to steer their own success when the doors open at Olympia London on 31 January and 1 February.

The british & international franchiseThe demands and uncertainty of life as an employee drive many people to dream of becoming the boss of their own business. A franchise offers a business‐in‐a‐box, with a proven business concept, back‐end systems, and support network in place.

With franchises available at all investment levels and in any sector – from food and drink to care, coffee, fitness, property, education and even pet services – there is a franchise business out there for everyone.

Visitors to The British & International Franchise Exhibition can explore a quality showcase of global and national brands including McDonald’s, Tutor Doctor, Visiting Angels, Belvoir, Kare Plus and Wiltshire Farm Foods.

Crucially, visitors can enjoy face‐to‐face conversations with the teams behind these brands, as well as some of their existing franchisees.

Every exhibiting brand at the event will have been assessed and accredited by the British Franchise Association (bfa), the voluntary self‐regulatory body for the UK franchise sector.

This is the only London‐based franchise exhibition able to offer this advantage, which provides visitors with the confidence that the brands they approach are proven business format franchise concepts with established track records.

Also exclusive to the event are the McDonald’s Insight Sessions, in which senior members of the restaurant giant’s family reveal the demands and considerable rewards of being a McDonald’s franchisee.

A further comprehensive programme of free‐to‐attend seminars will cover topics including how to choose, finance and run a franchise, how to franchise an existing business, and how to grow any type of venture.

Anyone looking to replicate the success they’ve already experienced with one or more franchises should attend the bespoke Multi‐unit Franchise Conference. Co‐located with the exhibition, the conference offers the unique opportunity to hear from and network with industry experts and highly successful multi‐unit franchisees.

Personalised advice and support are available across the exhibition on all aspects of franchising, with industry specialists providing one‐to‐one consultations at no charge.

Helen McCulloch, portfolio sales director at VMG, summarises:

“The British & International Franchise Exhibition offers a two‐day hub of support and opportunity to aspiring and established franchisees alike. Whether you’re conducting initial research into franchising or seeking strategies for growth of your franchise portfolio, you’ll find the advice, contacts and franchise opportunities to propel you to your goals.”

Those wishing to attend the exhibition at Olympia London on 31 January and 1 February can obtain free tickets by registering online and entering the promotional code DIA1.
