The British Fashion Council (BFC) is delighted to welcome Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand, as the Principal Partner of The Fashion Awards 2023 (TFA) taking place in London on Monday 4th of December at the Royal Albert Hall. The BFC and Pandora will work together to evolve TFA 2023 presented by Pandora as a global entertainment platform, celebrating fashion’s role at the intersection of culture and entertainment, spotlighting creative talent and telling the stories of the year in fashion through the lens of purpose, excellence and creativity. The event also serves as the primary fundraiser for the BFC Foundation.

The British Fashion Council and Pandora Announce Principal Partnership for the Fashion Awards 2023

TFA 2023 presented by Pandora celebrates excellence in creativity and innovation and Pandora shares this ethos, with its brand focusing on high quality, craftsmanship, innovation and self-expression. Founded in 1982, Pandora is a full jewellery brand with iconic pieces that are accessible for a broad audience and wearable for many occasions, designed in-house by Creative Directors Francesco Terzo and A. Filippo Ficarelli.

Much like the Awards, which are committed to promoting positive change within the industry, Pandora is dedicated to ensuring sustainability across its business. The brand has committed to source only recycled silver and gold for its jewellery by 2025 and to achieve carbon neutrality within its own operations by the same year. With an aim to lead the jewellery and fashion industries with ambitious sustainability goals, the company has stopped use of mined stones altogether and introduced Pandora Lab Grown Diamonds, with collections featuring diamonds that are grown, cut and polished with 100% renewable energy and set in 100% recycled silver or gold.

Caroline Rush, BFC Chief Executive, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Pandora as the Principal Partner of The Fashion Awards 2023. Pandora skilfully and consistently delivers high quality jewellery while democratising the industry, allowing everyone to express themselves through their timeless pieces. As The Fashion Awards return on Monday 4th December, we look forward to working with Pandora to celebrate self-expression and the incredible work of those who have made significant contributions to the global fashion community this year.”

Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson, Chief Marketing Officer at Pandora, commented: “Partnering with the Fashion Awards, one of the most anticipated moments on the global fashion and cultural calendar, is something that we are extremely proud of as Pandora deepens our engagement with the global cultural zeitgeist. The British Fashion Council is at the forefront of the global fashion conversation, and with our purpose of ‘giving a voice to people’s loves,’ we naturally align with their mission to recognize and celebrate the most creative and innovative voices of our time. Along with self-expression through personalisation, style and talent, we further unite around our core values, including a focus on accelerating sustainability and education.”

TFA 2023 presented by Pandora will bring together a global community in London, the home of fashion creativity, to amplify leaders of change, celebrate excellence in creativity and support the next generation of creative talent. The event serves as the main fundraiser for the BFC Foundation, which supports the future growth and success of the British fashion industry through its focus on education, grant-giving, and business mentoring.

This year, award categories include Designer of the Year, Model of the Year, BFC Foundation Awards, British Menswear Designer, British Womenswear Designer, New Establishment Menswear and the New Establishment Womenswear – the winners will be revealed on the night. The 2023 accolades also include the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator, Outstanding Achievement Award, Leader of Change as well as several Special Recognition Awards for exceptional contribution to the fashion industry. Additionally, the event will recognise 50 of the most innovative and inspiring young creative talent from around the world as part of NEW WAVE: Creatives.

The generosity and commitment of partners, suppliers and supporters is more vital than ever. Please help us by acknowledging their support for The Fashion Awards 2023 presented by Pandora alongside our Official Partners: Don Julio, Getty Images and Royal Salute.
