The Oriental Fashion Show took place in Baku, Azerbaijan, from December 8 to 10, celebrating Eastern fashion and cultural heritage. The event focused on the importance of preserving traditions and cultural identity in the fashion industry.
Founded by Hind Joudar, the Oriental Fashion Show supports designers from Eastern countries and helps them gain international recognition. The show believes that fashion is a universal language that connects different cultures and people around the world.

The event featured designers from many countries, including Morocco, Egypt, Oman, Turkmenistan, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan. Well-known designers such as Wafa Idrissi, Hany El Behairy, Yoland Fashion House, and others presented their collections
The Oriental Fashion Show was the guest of honor at three major events:
- Baku Creative Week on December 8
- Azerbaijan Fashion Week on December 9
- A Moroccan Caftan fashion show on December 10 at the Moroccan Ambassador’s residence. This event celebrated the Moroccan Caftan being added to UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list
The event was a big success and brought together fashion experts, diplomats, government officials, artists, and media. It showed how fashion can promote cultural diversity, dialogue, and understanding between different nations
