Get the date in your diary, the bottomless brunch menu from Las Iguanas is launching nationwide on 18th March 2018. Every Sunday guests can expect two courses of food bursting with big, bold flavours, accompanied by unlimited Prosecco or Brahma beer- what’s not to like.LAS IGUANAS

The menu includes many Las Iguanas favourites alongside some tasty new eats which are perfect for brunch. Everything’s made from scratch by the team of highly skilled chefs, bringing the food of Latin America to life, so prepare yourself for a choice of dishes all jam-packed full of flavour.

To start, choose from five different options including Quesadillas, pan-toasted and served with spicy chicken, peppers, onion and cheese or garlicky mushrooms, chilli, thyme and cheese or Empanadas, filled with tender lamb and mint or oozing brie and mango with sticky jam- the perfect snack to start your brunch in style. Or why not try spicy hot Chicken Wings for a fiery way to start your day! For mains, try Mexico’s answer to the Full English; Huevos Rancheros Carne, a pan-toasted tortilla topped with adobo baked beans, roasted baby tomatoes, red onion & peppers, cheese fresh avocado crispy bacon, chorizo and a fried egg.

Food Of Latin AmericaVeggies do not fear, the Huevos Rancheros Veggie has your name written all over it. If you’re feeling hungry, the Classic Burger with prime short rib and chuck beef patty or Burritos filled with shredded beef, smoked chipotle chicken or sweet potato, butternut squash and chickpea chilli is for you- perfect plates of pure deliciousness, even better when accompanied by unlimited prosecco or beer.

All of this and more can be enjoyed with unlimited drinks every Sunday for an incredible £24.95 per person.
