JOIN THE TRIP

DAY 1: ARRIVAL & NETWORKING
Arrival: Airport meet & greet followed by a private transfer to your centrally located 4-star hotel.
Evening: Opening night at a cultural venue featuring a welcome cocktail.
Focus: Networking with local model agencies, stylists, and fashion industry professionals.
AIM : Establishing these professional connections early allows you to build rapport before the main showcase events.
DAY 2: CONTENT CREATION & SHOWCASE
Morning: Bosphorus Boat Experience.
Activity: On-board editorial shooting and content creation against the iconic Istanbul skyline.
Evening: Mini Runway & Styling Presentation.
Focus: Walking for designers and participating in professional portfolio-building sessions with press in attendance.
AIM: You gain high-end international portfolio content and runway experience in a major fashion market.
DAY 3: MEDIA & GALA FINALE
Afternoon: Press Conference featuring organizers and selected talent.
Activity: Media photo sessions and interviews regarding international collaboration.
Evening: Final Networking Gala and Runway Presentation.
Focus: The highlight event of the trip, showcasing talent to high-level industry guests and media.
AIM: This day is designed to maximize your visibility and provide professional media exposure for your portfolio.
DAY 4: CULTURE & CONTENT
Morning: Grand Bazaar visit to experience traditional Turkish craftsmanship and artisanal textiles.
Afternoon: Street-style photography session in Taksim and Istiklal Street.
Focus: Modern lifestyle content creation in one of the world’s most vibrant fashion hubs.
AIM: It provides a diverse range of “lifestyle” content to balance your professional runway and editorial shots.
PRICING & LOGISTICS
Total Participation Fee: £495
What is Included:
Accommodation: 4 nights in a 4-star hotel.
Events: Full access to all events, runway organizations, and the Press Conference.
Transfers: Private airport and local transfers.
Meals: Daily breakfasts at the hotel.
What is Not Included (Estimated Local Costs):
Flights: Exclusive of round-trip flights from London. Once we know how many people are going, we might talk to travel agents or airline companies to get discounted prices for the flights.
Local Transport: Approximately £2 for bus/metro per trip.
Optional Excursions: £5 for the Adalar (Princes’ Islands) tour; £5 for the Bosphorus boat experience.
Personal Dining: Lunch and dinner are exclusive; a moderate nice meal costs approximately £10.

About Our Program:
Please note that we are not a tour operator; our aim is to take our friends and do our best to share an experience with trusted third parties to be together to have an oriental Turkish experience. Our responsibility is limited with other providers, but we want to make sure that you have an amazing time and experience Istanbul to the fullest.
Flexibility & Conditions:
This program is subject to weather or location conditions. As you might imagine, if anything unexpected happens out of our control, we will do our best to create an alternative opportunity to fulfill our program and ensure we do not disappoint our guests.
Payment Plan & Policy:
To keep participation costs low, we pay third-party vendors and venues in advance. Because of these upfront commitments, all payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Deposit: £95 to secure your spot.
Second Installment: £200 due by May 10th.
Final Balance: £200 due by May 25th.
