Paris Fashion Week is as much about personal style as it is about runway collections. This season, Victoria Barbara made her mark with a series of looks that played with texture, silhouette and statement accessories.

A multihyphenate, Victoria Barbara founded and leads victoriabarbara.com as its Creative Director. This independent fashion platform reflects her distinctive voice and brings together her deep fashion knowledge and refined taste. Through her work, she explores how runway trends translate into personal style and everyday dressing. A fashion trailblazer, Barbara is also a member of Vogue 100, a curated list of top global creative voices hand-selected by Anna Wintour.

Across Fashion Month’s Spring/Summer 2027 shows, Victoria attended the top fashion events in both Milan and Paris. In Paris, she kept a packed schedule, including Lanvin and Jean Paul Gaultier, where her street-style looks caught our eye.
At Peter Copping’s Lanvin, her look featured ivory draping and a fringed wool skirt, paired with black leather gloves. This play with texture created a refined look, with movement adding dimension. Accessories included an Hermès bag, Balenciaga shoes, and Maison Alaïa earrings. The look paired contrasting textures with thoughtful accessories, balancing modern elegance with understated statement dressing.

Meanwhile, at Jean Paul Gaultier’s collection imagined by Duran Lantink, Barbara went for an all-black look, with dramatic, oversized sleeves adding volume and drama. These sweeping sleeves were styled alongside Fendi boots, an Hermès clutch, and a statement pair of Bottega Veneta earrings. The earrings were wearable art, their sculptural shape tying the whole look together.

Against the backdrop of Paris Fashion Week, Barbara demonstrates how a considered approach to styling can transform statement pieces into cohesive looks, balancing fashion-forward details with a clear sense of personal style.
