Berlin, February 15, 2025 – The highly anticipated Prime Video series The Narrow Road to the Deep North was presented as a Berlinale Special Gala at the 75th Berlinale, Europe’s first major film festival of the year.

A press conference for the series featured key members of the production, including Australian screenwriter and executive producer Shaun Grant, executive producer Rachel Gardner, Australian actor Jacob Elordi, Australian director Justin Kurzel, and Australian producer Jo Porter. The team discussed the adaptation of Richard Flanagan’s Booker Prize-winning novel and the challenges of bringing the powerful wartime drama to the screen.
