Laurent Dohet-Remy Laurent studied modelisme and fashion design, he loves drawing, sculpture, painting, but especially sewing. He has his own workshop and creates according desires for his VIP clients. Laurent Dohet-Remy has been inspired by the world of fashion from an early age, Laurent Dohet-Remy was stunned by the garments and accessories barbie could have, when he was nine years old he made a little cardigan for christmas for first time with her grandmother who is a seamstress; this last physical fashion week in Paris, he participated at the FNC fashion show and showed his last creations which are classique, elegant, pretty parisian with a touch of saint laurent style, he also stunned the audience with his such close look-alike to Yves Saint Laurent himself.
What kinds of works do you like designing most?
love to work the bodice, it is the excellence and the (apogee of femininity).
What is your favourite material/platform/technology?
I like the complexity of silk, it is a noble material, it is excellent.
When do you feel the most creative?
when I am on vacation and I am free to move around, as well as my body
Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
I love the prototype, I like to design the model study, look for the volume setting.
What skills are most important for a designer?
to work for private clients, you have to be demanding, we sell dreams ….. we must know perfectly the curves of the clients …..
What type of design work do you enjoy the most and why?
I often work for wedding suites, and it suits me perfectly to work with noble materials

Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?
often from my travels, colors, places, the attitude of a woman, a movement in clothing, traditions and cultures
How would you describe your design style? What made you explore more this style and what are the main characteristics of your style? What’s your approach to design?
a timeless style with a touch of femininity and daring, I love the femininity in a woman, I have made it sublime bring it to the climax by the creation
How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end?
I am an artisan, so it takes 1 month and a half to finalize an outfit between the first meeting and the end
