Campaign raised over $597k in the US and now launches in London Fuel the Fight is a not-for-profit grassroots campaign to simultaneously feed NHS workers and support the hospitality industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. It first launched in the US on the 20th March in their bid to feed the front-line healthcare workers in 11 different cities including, Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC, Chicago and Boston. London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) has been encouraging its students to ‘stay designing, stay at home and save lives’, with the college vowing to keep productivity levels high whilst moving to virtual studying during the COVID-19 lockdown. The National Algerian Centre charity and the NHS trust have launched a joint initiative to deliver food to staff in London hospitals. LCCA HN Graphic Design students supported the collaboration by designing the visuals to assist the campaign.
