NEW COURSE: Introduction to Hip Hop Dance
Professional dancer Lindon Barr joins the emberly platform with his course on hip hop dance fundamentals. During a series of 12 workshops Lindon helps users get a feel for the hip hop style, develop their technique and build their confidence in the world of hip hop dance. As the moves become more comfortable, he explains how to connect to the music and teaches users how to build and develop their own style through self-expression and freestyle exercises.

NEW COURSE: Focaccia Making
From keen cooks to absolute beginners, this course, with Italian cooking teacher, Vittoria Veltri, offers workshops on how to make the perfect focaccia, in not one, not two, but three different styles! Using her grandma’s recipes Italian born Vittoria, teaches a quick 90-minute version of focaccia – perfect for dinner parties, a sourdough option and a recipe to make the queen of all focaccias – lovingly crafted over two days.

NEW COURSE: Pasta Making
Vittoria continues to teach her authentic Italian tips and tricks with this pasta making course showing users how to combine, cut and craft the perfect pasta from scratch. She educates the emberly community on how to create pasta without a machine, crafting pici and macaroni before moving on to egg-based pasta and teaching machine methods to create the thinnest of sheets and how to cut shapes for Tagliatelle, farfalle and tortellini.
