This week, Singapore’s seminal contemporary dance collective T.H.E Dance Company returns to The Coronet Theatre with Searching Blue《寻蓝》. With performances beginning this week and a limited run, don’t miss this intimate and immersive experience unfolding across both theatre and landscape.
Beginning in The Coronet auditorium, five dance artists then guide audiences to a surprising nearby setting, where the performance continues through a series of gardens against a backdrop of remarkable architecture. Blending dance, live sound and the natural environment, Searching Blue《寻蓝》 invites audiences into a meditative, shared experience unlike any other.

Inspired by Kuik Swee Boon’s daily commute and the relationships we form with our surroundings and one another, Searching Blue《寻蓝》 offers a series of intimate encounters between performers and audience. Through subtle gestures, movement and live sound, the work creates moments of reflection, attentiveness and connection.
Following acclaimed appearances at The Coronet with Phenoumenon (2022) and Rethinking Co-existence (2024), T.H.E Dance Company returns with another distinctive theatrical experience that gently transforms the way we inhabit a place together.
