The synopsis of the talk states that with the rise of the conscious consumer over the past decade, brands and retailers are going the extra mile to ensure ethical sourcing. Brands know that their commercial success is directly dependent on maintaining quality and their ability to address customer’s concerns regarding human rights issues and environmental requirements. The talk will discuss the importance of being known as an ethical fashion brand with a healthy supply chain to achieve a massive gain in competitive advantage, an increase in customer loyalty, and improved brand reputation.

Suzanne Ellingham, Director of Sourcing, Source Fashion says, “With a hard-hitting content schedule designed to tackle the industry’s most important issues, I’m excited to welcome Boohoo to the stage as they highlight the increased importance of ethical sourcing in their business strategy.”

With an urgent need for retailers to adopt a diversified, transparent, and ethical supply chain, Source Fashion becomes the gateway to UK retail and sets the new standard for how inspiration, collaboration and awareness will shape the future of responsible product sourcing. A compelling line-up of over 150 audited, quality manufacturers and dedicated country pavilions from around the world including Peru, India, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sri Lanka, North Macedonia, the UAE, Madagascar, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, the UK and many more will join the inaugural show which runs parallel to Pure London at Olympia London from 12th – 14th February 2023.
