    When we think of Harley Street, we tend to think of massages and hairlines rather than advanced clinical hypnotherapy. But for Fiona Lamb, 33, she’s out to change this.

    Fiona lamb hypnotherapyBased in Harley Street and High Street Kensington, Fiona specialises in helping her clients navigate anxiety, emotional eating, and addictions, by using a variety of bespoke hypnotherapeutic treatments which work to get the quickest possible changes for the client.

    Considering that people living in London have the highest levels of reported anxiety in the UK, Fiona’s treatments should arrive to many sighs of relief to tight, wound-up Londoners alike. Especially as hypnosis aids in focuses the attention and quieting the conscious mind. In the city that never sleeps like London, being able to switch off the mind might seen impossible, but Fiona is here to help.

    Overcoming anxiety personally using these methods, Fiona’s own experience has led her to want to help more people overcome their troubles, so they can live their life without unwanted thoughts and behaviours. It has become a great passion of hers and she continues to develop her work and practises to keep them fully up to date. Fiona has conducted extensive training in many areas, from the very best trainers in the country, including Paul McKenna.

    Fiona is an accredited and registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Council, which is the leading professional body in the country. Fiona also has membership to the government run Professional Standards Council and adheres to all their codes of conduct and level of development and training. In addition, Fiona is an accredited practitioner and member of the Central Register of Stop Smoking Therapists.
