NEW YORK, May 29, 2026 — The Recording Academy has announced the return of GRAMMY House New York, a two-day pop-up experience set to take place on June 10–11, bringing together artists, music professionals and industry leaders for a series of conversations, performances and networking opportunities.

Following its successful debut in 2025, the second annual GRAMMY House NY will coincide with Indie Week, New York Music Month, Pride Month and Black Music Month. The event will feature six programs designed to celebrate diversity, creativity and inclusion across the music industry.
The initiative is anchored by the Recording Academy’s DREAM Network (Diversity Reimagined by Engaging All Music People), which supports music professionals across multiple communities while promoting a culture of belonging within the Academy.
“Music is collaborative, diverse and inclusive. It celebrates different identities and also brings people together like nothing else,” said Harvey Mason Jr., CEO of the Grammys. “We look forward to bringing the New York music community together at this specially curated space and fostering memorable moments between music people and fans.”
This year’s programming will spotlight women in music, independent artists, Black, Latin and LGBTQIA+ creators, as well as discussions focused on mental health and wellness in the music industry.
The opening day will feature Breaking Boundaries, presented by Women in the Mix, including a conversation with rising artist Slayyyter and The Mechanical Licensing Collective’s Jamie Dominguez, followed by a live performance from Slayyyter. Another highlight, Empowered for Advocacy, will explore the impact of artificial intelligence on independent artists through a panel featuring Russ, Stella Prince and Grammy-nominated artist Wizzmer of Los Wizzards.
The evening will conclude with Frecuencia Latina: A Latin Artist Showcase, the Academy’s first Latin music showcase at GRAMMY House NY. Presented by DREAM Network group Crear Música, the event will feature performances by aLex vs aLex, Snow Tha Product and ZTVZ.
On June 11, the Academy’s Black Music Collective will present A Celebration of Black Creators, honoring Black Music Month with a panel discussion and performance by rapper, producer and Flatbush Zombies co-founder Erick the Architect.
Mental health will take center stage during Mind, Body & Music, a fireside conversation featuring Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and actress Michelle Williams alongside MusiCares Executive Director Theresa Wolters. The discussion will address mental health challenges faced by artists during the creative process, touring and throughout their careers.
The event will conclude with Out + Proud: A Queer Artist Showcase, celebrating Pride Month and highlighting emerging LGBTQIA+ artists. Hosted by RuPaul’s Drag Race star Luxx Noir London, the showcase will include a performance by Mad Tsai, with additional performers expected to be announced.
GRAMMY House NY is invitation-only, with invitations non-transferable. Event partners include A2IM (American Association of Independent Music), United Airlines and PATRÓN Tequila, which will serve signature cocktails throughout the event, including the official 2026 Grammys cocktail, “The Clear Winner.”
The Recording Academy said the event aims to strengthen connections within the music community while highlighting the diverse voices shaping the future of the industry.
