Inhere is London’s first drop-in meditation studio, pioneered by founders Adiba Osmani and Ghazal Abrishamchi, and devoted to the scientific research behind the practice of meditation and mindfulness. Inhere offers private guided meditation classes and workshops, and is launching custom-designed meditation pods this summer (located around London) as well as a brand new studio in central London in Winter 2018.Inhere

Inhere – meaning “to exist within” – provides the space and tools for “always on” urbanites to incorporate highly-beneficial meditation practices into their daily lives in a convenient and practical way. The benefits of meditation have been documented for centuries; research shows that meditating, even just for a few minutes at a time, can help us manage stress, think more clearly, sleep deeper, work more effectively, be a better friend and live in a calmer, more considered way.

Inhere science of meditationThe founders boast an impressive background between them, Adiba with a successful business career and 12 years of meditation practice and Ghazal a neuroscientist from Kings College London, a certified breathwork teacher having trained with the renowned David Elliott, and currently researching links between mindfulness and nutrition. They both discovered the power of meditation in their own way, and have implemented their experience and expertise to establish the principles behind Inhere.

Inhere continues to research scientific studies to ensure they offer their clients the very best techniques, attracting renowned names and providing the best tools and facilities. Inhere brings these benefits to their clients by merging the love of beautiful spaces, the science of the mind and the wonder of sitting in silence.

Launch of Meditation Pods – September 2018

The meditation experts at Inhere have created a custom-designed meditation pod, which is launching in August 2018. The pod will be available for both public and private spaces, including homes, offices, hotels, spas, shops and other areas. The pod has been designed specifically to provide the best possible environment for a peaceful meditation practice. The pod will have comfortable seating, and headphones with the option to include Inhere meditations for users to select via an audio player.

    New central-London studio opening – Winter 2018

Inhere will open their new studio space in central London this winter, with further details set to be announced shortly. The studio will offer group meditations, as well as pods for private use. The studio will also attract inspirational speakers and those at the top of the meditation field to lead talks and meditations in their tranquil venue.
