British Fashion Council is delighted to announce the launch of London Fashion Week (LFW) September 2023, taking place from Friday 15th to Tuesday 19th September as a digital-physical hybrid. LFW CITY WIDE CELEBRATIONS

LFW September will continue to unite London in a festival of creativity and innovation through the City Wide Celebration (CWC). CWC is a programme of events and activities open to the public running from Wednesday 13th September to Tuesday 19th September 2023 alongside the LFW schedule. REBEL: 30 Years of London Fashion sponsored by Alexander McQueen and guest curated by Sarah Mower MBE opens to the public on the 16th September – 11th February 2024. A landmark collaboration between the BFC and The Design Museum, REBEL celebrates the 30th anniversary of the BFC NEWGEN showcasing initiative, over 300 designers — the NEWGEN alumni — and their sensational impact on the global fashion scene. BFC have also collaborated with NEWGEN alumni Henry Holland who has reimagined one of his iconic slogans, “AGAIN AND AGAIN NEWGEN” to create a limited-edition tote bag exclusively for LFW’s City Wide Celebration. Available in 2 colourways, the collection is exclusively available to buy from mid-September from Bags of Ethics, The Design Museum and Selfridges.

TONI&GUY and LABEL.M have proudly partnered with the BFC and NEWGEN 30 to bring you two sustainable velvet designer cosmetic bags by Mary Katranzou and Halpern.
