On Friday 29 March 2019, York Fashion Week’s organisers Angela Horner and Nicky Hayer have consecutively organized a Vintage Fashion show on the 5th day of fashion week at Hotel Du Vin, York. As York Fashion week showcased many events throughout the week that were breathtaking. Various locations at York were highlighted with superbrands and super models.
Photographer Uma Mannan covered one of the Vintage Show exhibitions aspart of York Fashion Week which celebrates fashion, music and art from all over Yorkshire. It was arranged by Andrew Burton, who administrates an agency, academy and events company which is a platform to help and promote and showcase creative talent as well as provide commercial support to businesses. They celebrate all types of designers and models to editorial all the way to alternative.
The fashion show started with participating designers Jenny White, RuaLuja and Stacy Gilyard, Warren Riley Designs, What’s Your Skirt, Anthony French and Faye Grosvenor, Fabrication, LoulaBoutique,Elise designs,BMintage, Miss Orange, Elaramoon and Gypsy Blood. All the creative designers displayed their upcoming line of clothing accessories during Fashion Week.
The Fashion week was a very successful event attended by lots of people and professionals from the industry.
