Black Bear has released the teaser trailer for WIFE & DOG, Guy Ritchie’s upcoming thriller starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Rosamund Pike and Anthony Hopkins.
The film features an ensemble cast that also includes Cosmo Jarvis, James Norton and Paddy Considine.
Set against the colourful yet ruthless world of the British aristocracy, WIFE & DOG follows the Fairbank family as its relentless pursuit of succession sparks a dangerous series of betrayals and murders.
The thriller marks Ritchie’s return to UK cinemas following the success of The Gentlemen on Netflix and MobLand on Paramount+. It will be his first UK cinema release since The Gentlemen in 2019.
Ritchie serves as both writer and director, with Ivan Atkinson and John Friedberg joining him as producers.
WIFE & DOG is scheduled to arrive in cinemas across the UK and Ireland on 19 February 2027. The film will be distributed by Black Bear UK.
