LiveTree Announces Token Sale to Disrupt the $500billion Film, TV and Content Industries

LiveTree ADEPT is the world’s first completely transparent platform that allows end-to-end creation, funding and distribution of film and television.

LiveTree ADEPT, the world’s first community-powered film, TV and content network is set to disrupt the likes of Netflix’s subscription service by decentralizing the entertainment industry.

    LiveTree

Built on Ethereum blockchain technology, the new platform will create a new ccommunity-poweredmarketplace for film and TV distribution. It will raise up to $50million through a token sale commencing on Friday December 1 when a pre-sale of 35 million Seed Tokens (Symbol: SED) will take place.

LiveTree is set to disrupt the $500billion entertainment industry by utilizing blockchain technology to create efficiency gains for consumers and industry professionals using key features such as:

    • Legal contracts involved in the production, financing and distribution of film, TV and content are often viewed as a burdensome and costly overhead. ADEPT replaces these contracts with blockchain based smart contracts. This reduces costs while fostering fan community engagement. Empowering the community to earn, participate and promote the mainstream adoption of Blossom TV.

    • Digital Token: The Ethereum ECR20 “LiveTree Seed” digital token is set to replace subscription fees, legal fees and funding costs. The token encourages community growth by enabling fans to gamify the process of production, through sharing, participating and promoting the content they watch.

    • Digital Rights Management: The process of owning and sharing video intellectual property is set to be moved to the blockchain. This opens possibilities for the general public to own what they watch and earn from profits derived from exploiting content distribution e.g. from subscriptions, pay-per-view, and advertising. A new digital channel named LiveTree Blossom TV will be the destination for this community powered content.

Much like Netflix debuting its first Netflix Original series in 2013, LiveTree ADEPT has a 5-year roadmap to capture market share. In addition to the ADEPT community network marketing approach, LiveTree will license content specifically for ADEPT through LiveTree Incubators. This content will be fully funded by LiveTree tokens, Seed. Incubators in LA, London and NYC will produce LiveTree Blossom TV “Originals” which will be used to further increase the value of the token, while simultaneously promoting mainstream adoption of Blossom TV.

LiveTree has operated a film, TV and content business for the last 2 years and captured 5% of the UK entertainment crowdfunding market. It has established several high-profile partners including The British Film Institute, Red Rock Entertainment, the Screen Arts Institute, and 14,000 industry suppliers worldwide.  The existing business will be migrated to LiveTree ADEPT – the next generation platform set to change how we interact, share and view content.
