One of the UK’s best-known reality stars, style icon and model Alex Bowen, is thrilled to be launching his debut clothing brand MVMNT London.
MVMNT London oozes urban style with its oversized tracksuits and ripped jeans, whilst the longline t-shirts and denim jackets reflect Alex’s personal ‘street’ style. The debut AW17 collection consists of 16 pieces in mainly khaki, black and grey colours, perfect to transition your wardrobe from autumn to winter. Having previously struggled to afford the brands he wanted to wear, Alex endeavoured to produce a highquality clothing range at an affordable price point, giving young people the chance to buy multiple items from one retailer to create a full look, rather than having to shop around. Hero pieces include the Oversized Sweatshirt (£35), Black Denim Jacket (£55) and Grey Distressed Jeans (£60). All items were designed by Alex himself and sizes range from XS to XL. Although initially designed for men, MVMNT London’s versatile range of casualwear means it can be worn by men and women alike, with fiancée and Love Island star Olivia Buckland being the number one fan of the brand!
The launch of MVMNT London is a very exciting step for Alex following the popularity of ITV2’s Love Island and the phenomenal success of Alex as the stand-out male star from the 2016 series. Alex’s career has gone from strength to strength seeing him as a press favourite, with an exciting modelling career and 1.5million social media followers.
Alex Bowen, Founder of MVMNT London comments:
“Oversized and longline clothing is always a style I’ve loved but I’ve had to adapt my clothes and buy from a number of different brands to get the look I was after. The idea for MVMNT London came four years ago when I went to a tailor and asked them to stitch together a sweatshirt and the bottom of a t-shirt to create a longline sweatshirt. Back then of course I didn’t have the resources to make it in to a full-time business. I am now fortunate enough to be able to make my dream a reality with MVMNT London, and create my own vision of what oversized and longline clothing should look like. Fashion is something that expresses your personality and in my mind, there is no right or wrong way to dress. It’s always something that has interested me, so to create my own brand is just amazing.”
MVMNT London launches at www.mvmntlondon.co.uk on Tuesday 3rd October 2017, with prices starting from £25.
