Source Fashion, the UK’s leading sustainable sourcing trade show, is proud to announce Reskinned as the headline partner for this season’s catwalk, marking a bold step in showcasing circular fashion in action.
Each edition, Source Fashion partners with a designer or concept that pushes the boundaries of ethical fashion. This July the catwalk will be styled entirely with pre-loved garments, in partnership with Reskinned, a leading circular fashion platform focused on resale, repurpose, and recycle. The collaboration directly reflects a growing movement across the industry: to produce less, waste less, and revalue what already exists.
“Our key theme this year is about rethinking how we use materials,” says Suzanne Ellingham, Source Fashion Director. “By partnering with Reskinned, we’re not just talking about circular fashion – we’re showing it in motion. Reskinned’s model proves that garments don’t lose their style or relevance just because they’ve been worn before. In fact, with the right styling, they can be even more impactful.”
Styled by the Source Fashion team in close collaboration with Reskinned, the catwalk will feature curated looks made entirely from pre-loved pieces – sending a clear message to brands and retailers that resale and reuse aren’t just ethical choices, but stylish ones.
This year’s catwalk also ties into a wider content theme: redefining what “new” really means in today’s fashion landscape. The collaboration will complement a keynote session with Fashion Editor Bay Garnett, which explores how second-hand marketplaces and rental platforms are redefining status, value, and desirability in modern fashion. Garnett said, “The word ‘new’ in fashion is being redefined – and it’s about time. For me, style has always been about individuality and expression, not just buying more. At Source Fashion, I’m looking forward to digging into what this shift means – for shoppers, retailers, and the future of fashion.”
“The partnership builds on conversations we began with Stuart Trevor last season, where we explored creating fashion with zero new materials,” Ellingham continues. “This takes that idea further – asking: how can retailers look at their existing stock, even out-of-season items, and bring them back to life? Pre-loved isn’t just a consumer issue – it’s a retail opportunity.”
The show intends to spark a deeper dialogue with retailers, especially as many continue to hold millions of units of unsold inventory. “It’s time we helped retailers reimagine their existing stock – not as obsolete, but as raw material for the trends of today,” says Ellingham. “Circular fashion isn’t just possible – it’s stylish, creative, and necessary.”
Ross Barry, Co-founder at Reskinned commented, “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Source Fashion for this year’s show. As Europe’s leading responsible sourcing event, it’s the perfect platform to showcase the future of fashion – one where circularity and creativity go hand in hand. At Reskinned, we believe great clothes deserve more than one life, and we’re excited to bring that vision to the catwalk, proving that pre-loved clothes can be just as stylish as brand new. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to reducing waste and reimagining how fashion can – and should – work.”
The Source Fashion Catwalk will run three times a day, bringing responsibly produced collections and trend-led pieces from Reskinned and global exhibitors to life. These dynamic runway shows offer a visual narrative of innovation and sustainability, inspiring buyers with the latest womenswear and showing how to build complete looks and ranges directly from the show floor.
