At London Fashion Week on Saturday, September 19, 2026, designer John Richmond unveiled his Spring/Summer 2027 collection—a showcase exploring contrast, structure, and fluid movement. To match the collection’s distinct energy, TONI&GUY Artistic Director Fabrizio Palmieri joined forces with the TONI&GUY Session Team to craft a custom runway hair concept backstage.
The Hair Silhouette: Sculpted Yet Undone
The hair direction balanced precise structure with organic texture. Palmieri directed the team to build a clean, sculpted silhouette while retaining each model’s natural hair movement.
The standout feature of the look was a graphic, feather-like black element woven through the hair, creating an electric, sharp accent. The resulting style mirrors the tension in Richmond’s designs—structured and controlled, yet inherently spontaneous.

The SS27 Collection: Light, Heat, and Contrast
