The LighterLife FlexiFasting plan can be tailored to fit your lifestyle – it doesn’t have to be the same days or same number of days each week. You choose the days you flexifast and the days you don’t.
On FlexiFasting days you replace all food with four LighterLife total diet replacement (TDR) Foodpacks. These provide 600-800 kcal and all 28 key vitamins and minerals, essential fats, proteins, fibre and carbohydrates required. Or, you can choose to replace two meals with two or three TDR Foodpacks and also eat a healthy, balanced conventional meal.
On non-FlexiFasting days you eat normally and, depending on how many days you choose to flexifast and what you eat on non-flexifast days, weight loss can be up to 2lb a week. LighterLife Foodpacks can also be used as a convenient, healthy meal replacement on non-FlexiFasting days, providing one third of your daily nutrition in 200kcal.
