VIVI is a training event aimed at aspiring event operators and wedding industry and professionals, a cool protagonist a city and a territory with food and wine, crafts, natural and historical-artistic beauties. Transmitting knowledge and professionalism by exciting, sharing knowledge and enhancing tradition, art and culture. Participating in VIVI means learning, getting excited, sharing, exploiting opportunities and giving value.
Wedding Mission, the wedding section of FABUK Magazine is supporting the event thanks to the knowledge of the experienced wedding planner and editor Amalia Roseti.
Let’s talk about the organizers:
We are Sara Tosi and Roberta Ferocino, friends united by a passion for theater, directing studios, set design and event planning.
In 2010 we gave birth to Novia Weddings and Events. Corporate events, gala dinners, luxury weddings, destination weddings in Italy: we design exclusive and unforgettable moments for the client, with the collaboration of the most important Italian and international experts and the assistance of a bilingual staff able to satisfy every need, proposing throughout Italy a careful selection of elegant and suggestive locations.
Thanks to the experience gained over the years, in April 2016, we organize in Puglia “The Floral Experience” event dedicated to the floral design held by Karen Tran, international icon of the sector, choosing as location Borgo Egnazia, winner, in the same year, of the award “Virtuoso” as the best hotel in the world.
In November 2017, in Matera, the first edition “VIVI”, a unique high-training event of its kind. Four days of lessons with established professionals of the Wedding Industry, among them Federica Ambrosini, floral designer and Elisa Mocci, wedding designer, enriched by emotional experiences and by the enhancement of Lucani’s traditions and food and wine products.

The organizational team expands and this year
is enriched by the presence of Simonetta Gavasso and Ivonia Apicella. We have created a team that follows passion, friendship and professionalism for this we will work together with our colleagues, Simonetta Gavasso and Ivonia Apicella;
Simonetta, part of the family owned by Fabbrica Orobia 15 of Milan, location with a post-industrial charm that hosts important events such as furniture show, haute couture fashion shows, corporate events, exhibitions and TV productions in the center of Milan, a few steps from the Prada foundation . Simonetta is also the owner of Rusted Vintage, rented vintage furniture and objects and sought from all over the world for events, sets, photo shoots and window dressing.
Ivonia, owner of the Tuscan agency Visionnaire Eventi deals with marvelous weddings in exclusive locations throughout the Region, giving pure emotion to couples who choose the Bel Paese for their most important day.
LIVE FLORENCE
The second edition Live in the city “open-air museum” of Italy.
With the support of the Municipality and the Mayor of Florence, Vivi Firenze is born.
The beauty of the city, the cradle of the Italian language, the liveliness and genuineness of Florence, the Tuscan flavors and aromas will make the event unique. Exclusive and inaccessible experiences will become possible thanks to the support of the Tuscany Region.
This edition will see, among the teachers, the extraordinary participation of JEFF LEATHAM (the king of flowers, a rockstar), international star of flower design and established Italian wedding professionals such as ANGELO GARINI (an important Italian name, the architect of dreams , the wedding planner of elegance, among the most important wedding planners and event planners in Italy), ARMANDO MALAFRONTE (a colleague and professional and therefore always involved in our events) and ELISA MOCCI (dear colleague and friend for the third time in event together).
For the anniversary of the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci, we will immerse ourselves in Renaissance culture, reinterpreting the ideas of this magnificent and first organizer of events in history.
We have also involved two wedding planners (Sonia Luogo and Valentina Trotta) to involve their followers and members from all over Italy.
EVENT / PROGRAM DETAILS
The event will take place from February 27th to March 3rd in Florence.
Each day of the course will take place in facilities in the centre of Florence, so we recommend arriving by train, as we will move on foot.
On the 27th we await all the members of the Grand Hotel Cavour from 11.00 for the registration and the start of the lessons. We will begin with writing and communication held by the teacher Luca Stoppioni; to follow the lunch and “the Florentine living room” with Elisa Mocci who will combine design with art for the creation of an event. We will end the day with a welcome cocktail with a book sign by Jeff Leatham.
The day of February 28th will be dedicated to the Masterclass of Jeff Leatham at Palazzo Capponi and the final dinner at the Relais Santa Croce.
On March 1st , high formation at Palazzo Pucci with Angelo Garini who will re-enact the techniques of the first organizer of events in history (Leonardo da vinci); and then the Gala Dinner will begin with Armando Malafronte.
On March 2nd, another lesson with Armando Malafronte and in the afternoon, we will dedicate ourselves to various experiences concluding the event with the Renaissance gala at Palazzo Pucci.
All meals are included during the course days (coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, cocktails and gala dinner) and personalized experiences during the day.
Accommodation is not included, you are free to stay wherever you prefer or to let us advise you.
All lunches and dinners will be contextualized and organized so as to have moments of “sharing” and growth.
