Spain’s most prestigious fashion extravaganza, the next edition of which will be held from 19 to 23 February 2025, has displayed the superb quality of signature design for the last 40 years.

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid announces which designers will show their collections at the February edition

Hall 14.1 will host MBFWMadrid catwalk shows, which will be joined by those staged in some of the city of Madrid’s most prestigious venues to create a unique launchpad for creativity, talent, and innovation.

A benchmark event for the national and international fashion industry, MBFWMadrid is organised by IFEMA MADRID with support from Madrid City Council and is looking forward to a magnificent 40th anniversary. Once again, the next edition will feature catwalk shows to launch collections by outstanding new and established fashion designers featuring all the new trends for the coming season.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, in collaboration with its Fashion Committee, has put together a carefully curated programme of catwalk shows that blend elegance, delicacy, and sophisticated designs in collections by talented designers and firms like Baro Lucas, Menchen Tomas, Álex Rivière, JNORIG, among other top sector names.

    Thursday, 20 September

The programme of catwalk shows at IFEMA MADRID will kick off on Thursday, 20 February with Baro Lucas’ collection – a blend of subtlety and modernity featuring contemporary silhouettes and flowing fabrics full of airy sophistication. Next up will be Yolancris, a firm known for its mastery of haute couture, which will treat the audience to a collection brimming with romanticism and artisan details, where lace and sheer layering take centre stage. Mans will launch a new vision of masculine tailoring, with clean lines and a colour palette that balances traditional and avant-garde shades.

MBFWMadrid will also welcome Pedro Del Hierro back. The firm will unveil designs rooted in timeless elegance in garments that combine comfort and style. Menchen Tomas promises a show full of delicacy and femininity, where the spotlight is on enveloping textures and colours. The line-up for the first day will also feature Álex Rivière, one of the most talked-about designers, who will delight fashion lovers with a collection that exudes minimalist sophistication and a cosmopolitan spirit, along with Claro Couture, which will present haute couture designs that explore rich volumes and silhouettes.

    Friday, 21 February

The second day at MBFWMadrid will start with Simorra, with a collection that pays homage to contemporary craft with natural fibres and uncluttered lines. Next, it will be Isabel Sanchis, a key figure on the catwalk whose designs harness structure and fluidity to create looks for special occasions.

Hannibal Laguna will show collections that celebrate sensuality and glamour, with beautifully cut pieces embellished with exquisite details that flatter the feminine figure. Later, Ynésuelves will bring a breath of fresh air to MBFWMadrid with young, dynamic designs where originality is the key, showing fashions with an eye on the future. Next up will be Custo Barcelona with its hallmark innovative, colourful prints, challenging convention to create unique, vibrant garments.

The day will continue with Pablo Erroz, a designer known for versatile, street-style collections which combine practicality and high fashion in super-stylish, everyday garments. Malne will bring the day to a close, highlighting a commitment to contemporary haute couture on the catwalk, offering refined, sophisticated looks that exude luxury and modernity.

    Saturday, 22 February

The third day will get off to a great start with Paloma Suárez, whose designs are known for their strength and personality, with contrast and artisan details shining with their own light. Odette Álvarez will then highlight her elegant, bohemian style with pieces that merge tradition and modernity to create a timeless, innovative connection. Later, Fely Campo will offer a collection focused on structured silhouettes and beautiful fabrics, enhancing the feminine figure to perfection.

JNORIG will debut at MBFWMadrid, embracing contemporary design with pieces where innovation and bold style will set the pace of the catwalk show. Ángel Schlesser will showcase his signature sophisticated minimalism, showing garments with pure and clean lines that celebrate the essence of fashion. Lola Casademunt By Maite will later delight the audience on the catwalk with a fun, dynamic, and stylish collection, perfect for women who enjoy being the centre of attention. Closing the day for established designers, the vintage fashion great Agatha Ruiz De La Prada will put her unmistakable stamp on a show full of fantasy, colour, and creativity, reaffirming her status as the queen of joyful, carefree fashion.

    Sunday, 23 February

The final day, reserved for emerging designers, will be an opportunity to revel in the best of young talent. The day will start with Rtama and Studio Cumbre with fresh, conceptual proposals. They will be followed by Odis and Aleixandri Studio’s designs that explore new shapes and materials. Next up will be PAT Equilux and Alineo Studio, creating pieces in style now but with an avant-garde touch. To top off this day of emerging designers, Bonet and Antonio del Canto will push their designs to the limit with daring and groundbreaking pieces.

Finally, it will be time for David Moss, alongside the international guest label that will be revealed soon, to add the final addition to the event with a collection that promises to surprise and move. At the same time, the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent Award will be presented, recognising the most outstanding emerging talent of this edition, and celebrating the creativity and innovation that define the future of fashion.

Approaching its 81st edition, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid is established as a benchmark of Spanish design. It attracts prominent names and emerging talents as an event that looks to the future while staying connected to its roots to create an unforgettable experience.
