Following the first (SS16) collection, which debuted at Pure London in August 2015, ISABELLA QUEEN are back with another regal collection, this time the AW16 collection hailing beautifully intense and imagination invoking colours including Polar Black, Royal Blue, Ever Green, Sugar Plum, Winter Rose, Cinnamon Brown and Chestnut Brown.
Manufacturing in the UK is key to the brand’s ethos. Each bag is hand crafted in London using quality-remarkable Italian leather and a blend of European raw materials. The chic satin lining artwork representing London, designed in-house and in collaboration with British illustrators, graphic designers and artists, changes with every season.

Isabelle is a French businesswoman and fashion accessories designer based in London, UK and a British based rising talent, fast becoming an internationally recognized emerging fashion accessories designer following the launch in 2015 of her label ISABELLA QUEEN, a British-based brand offering luxury Italian leather accessories hand crafted in London. She’s a respected designer, renowned leader and brilliant public speaker among many other things.
Born Isabelle Amarachi Ugochukwu on the 7 October 1985 in Nigeria, Isabelle is the last of four children born to Francoise Ugochukwu (nee Parent), an internationally recognized professor, author and linguist, and Clifford Ugochukwu who worked as a head teacher and civil servant. Her parents’ occupation allowed a moderately comfortable upbringing for Isabelle and her siblings Emilie, Marie-Anne and Philippe. And so she grew up in Nigeria and when she was aged ten, her family moved to London and then subsequently to Preston, Lancashire, where she spent the remainder of her time before leaving home at eighteen to go to the University of Glasgow to pursue a career in Medicine. A chance encounter led to a change of heart and a new found passion for Business and this led her to continue her studies by completing a Biochemistry degree with a side major in Business. She then continued her studies with an MSc in International Project Management at the Glasgow Caledonian University which ultimately led her back to London and into a corporate career as a Project Manager.
Fashion Career
A few years into her corporate progression and spurred on by her brother Philippe, Isabelle decided through years of frustration at never finding a bag she liked, she would design one. This led her through a series of courses at the London College of Fashion, to the launch of ISABELLA QUEEN in 2015.
Launch of Fashion Label
Isabelle’s eponymous label was launched in August 2015 in a low key presentation at the SS16 international accessories trad e fair, Pure London. In its first two seasons it has acquired stockists across EMEA and in APAC luxury department stores and boutiques and is now in preparation for the SS17 collection.
