Miss Zemaityte explains that the institute was inspired by her grandmother and her personal experiences.

Her grandmother’s training, along with her experience as a professional global model, who has worked and competed in world-renown events, has given Sandra the understanding of the importance and benefits of proper etiquette to practitioners of different professions.
Sandra’s experience has come in handy in etiquette entrepreneurship as she is made of a mix of real-world experiences and training, coupled with the skills and knowledge that she has gained from her many years in the talent and beauty competitions.
Miss Zemaityte’s awards lists include; 2019 Face of the World winner, 2019 second runners-up Miss Polo, 2019 Indians Top Model Jury Member, 2018 Miss. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and Miss Photo 2007.
To further understand her craft and ensure that she leads her team in the best direction, the beauty queen cum entrepreneur further advanced her knowledge on etiquette consultancy from the International Association of Professions Career College (IAP)
The Social Q is slowly becoming a household name with some of the etiquette classes being business etiquette, Chinese business etiquette, social etiquette, dinning etiquette, and children and teenager training.
